  • Transformed and deployed data pipeline tool for harvesting scientific papers to retrieve, process, and store data on a daily basis. Optimized execution by 30x. Interacted with REST APIs, published to Kafka topics, and transferred object data to S3 cloud storage using Python, Docker, MinIO, and Postman
  • Developed front/backend features involving integrating newly available data in a wikipedia-like web application running on a graph database using Angular, TypeScript, SPARQL, and HTML/CSS
  • Automated and wrote 100+ UI tests with Playwright and implemented a testing stage in the project's GitLab continuous integration pipeline to encourage safe deployment and easier identification of code faults
